Your Responsibility
Although every precaution is taken to safeguard you and your belongings, river trips by their nature involve a certain amount of risk. Who can Go?
Let Bernice and our office staff help you decide which river trip will be most appropriate for your group. At normal flows, the Alberton Gorge is a perfect family whitewater trip. We take ages six and up. Younger kids and older folks or families wanting a more civilized ride can go in bigger rafts for a milder float while people who want a wilder ride will go in smaller paddle rafts. We monitor flows daily and during high water conditions in May and early June, we sometimes restrict trips to guests ages 16 and up.
